Growing up, Febin always took an interest in the field of healthcare having volunteered at West Suffolk Hopital and Colchester General Hospital whilst he was a student. Febin has a degree in Mathematics and experience working for large financial organizations and he’s looking to connect his passion for healthcare with his business acumen to drive a patient centric healthcare movement within his local region.

Nicky has been a nurse for over 20 years, having taken multiple courses on leadership and management. Nicky’s track record for success within the healthcare industry is second to none having worked in setting up day care services and ensuring the wellbeing, adequacy and career progression of all the nursing staffs under her management.
